About Us

Yoke Darmawan is an eminent Indonesian marketing consultant, trainer and presenter. Graduated in Business Management from Swinburne University (Melbourne), Yoke started her professional career by joining Tirian with a view to opening the Indonesian branch of the Sydney awarded consulting firm. From year 2000 onwards, she expanded Tirian’s business in Jakarta and delivered team building and leadership development programs on behalf of Fortune 500 clients. In 2007, Yoke created her own Bali-based consultancy firm and started to manage a in-house team of young MarCom professionals . For the past 15 years, Darmawan & Associates has performed a high number of successful missions on behalf of public institutions and private companies, notably in the creative economy, tourism, hospitality and service industries.

Pascal Philippe is graduated from Sciences Po Paris and former deputy attaché of the French Embassy in Jakarta. Strategic planner at CLM/BBDO and Market Research Analyst at IFOP (French Institute of Public Opinion). Consultant for Le Bon Marché, executive partner at Anasia and the Bali International Artists (BIA) agency, Pascal is a multilingual expert in cross-cultural communication living on two continents. Co-founder of the Bali Ocean Days Conference, he has developed an extensive background and a strong network of international business relationships, particularly in the creative and sustainable industries.
